At STEFF'S BOWTIQUE LLC, we strive to get your beautiful accessories to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-demand seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Custom or personalized orders require 3β5 business days of production time before shipping.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once shipped.

3. Free Shipping Eligibility
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $35.00 or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via the following carriers based on your location and selected service:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- FedEx
- UPS
Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. STEFF'S BOWTIQUE LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
- Take photos of any damaged packaging or items
- Email photos and your order number to admin@steffbowtique.store
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund
8. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not currently available but is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.
9. PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for these addresses and delivery times may vary.
10. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year's, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), please place your order at least 10β14 days in advance to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays during peak periods.
