At STEFF'S BOWTIQUE LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In unused, unworn, and unaltered condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Not marked as "Final Sale" or a custom/personalized order
Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized orders (monogrammed, name-printed, special-color requests)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to start your return:
- Step 1: Email admin@steffbowtique.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Step 3: Package your item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package
- Step 4: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different color, style, or size. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same process as a return (Steps 1–3 above)
- Specify in your email the item and variant you'd like in exchange
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Email admin@steffbowtique.store with photos of the item and packaging
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- You will receive a full replacement or refund, at your choice
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or card provider — processing times vary
